Why does she gets results? Why not me?

How often you always love to compare yourself with others?

By asking yourself why is she getting so good results and I am not getting the results like her? I used the same products like her. But why I just don’t see the results? Why the world goes against me? Why everything I do, just fail?

Believe me, it is not about the products or the method that you used to lose your weight. As I always believe any method to lose weight works, what don’t work is the mindset of the individual person.

2 Types of Mindset of People Who Wants To Lose Weight

Few days back I posted this in my fan page in facebook and it goes like this “There are 2 types of people who wants to be lose weight and be healthy; 1. Interested in doing something and do it only when it is convenient for them 2. Committed to something, and accept no excuses. If you are type 1. then don’t bother trying any method to lose weight, you will fail. Success in losing weight is not about “lucky” or “miracle”. If you are type 2. You will succeed in your weight loss journey”

Type 1 person will usually response:

Oh, just trying another product see if it helps to lose my weight or not. Nah! Another product that doesn’t work. I gained back my weight a lot after stop taking the products. It’s even better I don’t take it at all. Just the same. Waste my money.

Type 2 person will response:

Okay, this person called Stella, she successful lost her weight and maintaining till now using this method. I am going to learn from her how she do it. And after I know what she did, I will follow exactly what she says and I will just do it no matter what. I want to have the results like her. I want to change my body weight and body shape!

Can everyone be successful with their weight loss?

Not everyone. And majority of the people will fail and never able to achieve the healthy weight range results. Why? Because Type 1 person is the majority on our society. 80% of the people in our society falls into the category of mindset Type 1.

So, type 2 person can be successful?

The answer is Yes and No. Let me give an example of a football team. Why is there certain football team is so strong and always win in the game where as some other team just failed miserably? To have a strong team that wins most of the games is because they have 1 important person in their game with them. This person is called the COACH. Different team has different coach and so, the results will be different.

If you are person with Mindset Type 2, you can have the chance to get the results and you might not. Simply because COACH plays a really important role here.If you do not have a coach, you don’t know your direction, and you can’t get the support that you need when you feel hungry, what kind of results you can foresee or expecting? Frustration and giving up on the hope of losing weight and getting back the body shape that has been always dreaming off. Simple words, lose hope.

Where as if you have a COACH, they let you know clearly know what is the cause of weight gain, layout the game plan for you on how to lose weight, when you are on the journey to weight loss (which is not easy) and you needed the most is someone who understands you, someone who has gone through the journey to be there to support you.

Why support is so important? Because the majority people with Mindset Type 1 will be there to say negative things to you. So, if you find that your friends are the one with Mindset Type 1 that is trying to sabotage you with your weight loss, get away from them. When you are being disturb by the negative things that will disturb your weight loss journey to success, the first person you should look for is your coach. Talk to them, they are there to support you whenever you needed them…they believe in you that you can achieve the kind of weight loss results that you have always wanted to.

  1. Desire – Having the strong desire want to lose weight. Have your strong reasons why you must lose weight.
  2. Coachable – Willing to let go some of your old ways of thinking and being able to adapt new ones.
  3. Willing to learn – Willing to understand and learn the reasons of weight gain and clearly understand what you can do to lose those weight. Because you will need it in the future to manage and control your own weight.
