I Love Food But I Want To Lose Weight
I do heard a lot of people telling me..
“I can’t lose weight because I love food, and it is not because I do not want to lose weight!”
“I just can’t stand the food temptation, it is like killing me for not eating those food!”

For me, these are reasons to make them feel good simply because they do not want to change. They are not ready for a change and they are not ready to take any action for changing to a healthier lifestyle. Most people have the wrong thinking about dieting and losing weight.
