Drinking Water To Lose Weight

waterDrinking water to lose weight is one thing that anyone wanted to lose weight must do! It is true that when a person that is not drinking sufficient water, they tends to have water retention. Water retention is not because someone is drinking too much water.

Warning: Normal people should not have water retention. If you do have such symptoms, consult a doctor for further examination.

Our body is very smart. We know our body needs 70% of water. When your body knows that you are not drinking water, it will automatically keep those water which is so precious to them. They will keep and preserve it well. To avoid water retention, drinking water will help to flush out the dirty water that is stored inside the body. Once you are consistent in drinking water, the body will automatically release the water because it knows that there will new fresh supply of water keep coming in.

If you are not drinking at least 2L of H2O per day, I would suggest you to start learning to drink more water, bit by bit each day. Try to increase the amount of water like 100ml per day. And remember, the first thing you wake up in the morning, quickly drink at least 250ml-500ml of H2O. Replenish the water that you have lost during the night.

Take lesser drinks like coffee, beer as it will dehydrate your body even faster. When your body is dehydrated it will make you feel hungry very fast. Drinking sufficient water is benefiting your own health!
