<p>I do understand, it is hard to visualize the big picture of a weight loss system. Last time, when I am obese&#8230; I know nothing about weight loss. I only know, eat less and exercise more is the answer to successful weight loss. But the problem is, I tried it myself. I observe and listen to people who are doing the same. I asked myself, do they get the long term weight loss success? Surprising, the answer is <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>NO!</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>Do Not Take Advice From Wrong People</strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong></strong></span></p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><span id="more-1219"></span></strong></span>I look for the answer, and I look for someone who I can ask for advise from and that can guide me to weight loss success. All I can say, the right people does not come to you. You got to search for it. And it is worst to seek for advice from people who are not the expert in that particular field. In layman term, do not simply take advise from wrong people.</p>
<h3>My Own Weight Loss System</h3>
<p>You might not want to know how tough it is. The truth is nothing is easy in this life. No shortcut, no fast weight loss system. You need to learn to face the truth and accept the reality. If you are living in your dreamland, chances you will be spending on a lot of unnecessary money on different types of weight loss method. Spending money could be small matter, but if the weight loss method is harming your health, that is very costly to you.</p>
<p><strong>Let me list it out in numbering, which you can use it as a guide&#8230;</strong></p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Finding Your WHY: </strong>&#8220;WHY&#8221; you want to start on a weight loss program. What is your desire for achieving weight loss success? For a better health? For your kids future cause you want to be a strong and healthy parents? Want to change your wardrobe because you have never been able to fit into smaller clothings? What are your &#8220;REASONS&#8221; that makes you want to lose weight. Your coach might not be a super people with a lot of know, but at least your coach is the one who has gone through the weight loss journey before you and having success in their weight loss journey. They understand the Do and Don&#8217;t because they have already hit the wall a lot of times. Learn from their experience and this is the way to fast track your weight loss results.</li>
<li><strong>Record Down Daily Diet Menu: </strong>Making the effort to change your bad eating habits and lifestyle. Listen to your coach. They want the best for you. Their satisfaction is from your results. When you are achieving the change in your lifestyle, in your eating habits, and slowly achieving the weight loss results, your coach will be very proud of you. Because it is not an easy journey. It takes courage and face challenges, effort, discipline and sacrifices. For every results that you want to achieve, there is a price to pay. So, be willing to pay the price.</li>

When there is a special events or functions, most people will take this &#8220;reason&#8221; as the biggest push/motivation to help lose weight.</p>
<p>Why not take a silent moment and have do some thinking&#8230;and you must ask yourself these few questions:</p>

<li>Is this weight loss program that I am going to start is a one-off thingy?</li>
<li>If I can achieve such a results in just 3 months time, will it be healthy for me?</li>
<li>What is my long term plan in maintaining and keeping the kgs that I have lost during the weight loss program?</li>
<li>Am I making decisions based on emotions, looking for short cut or being healthy for long term is my priority?</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Let&#8217;s face the REALITY&#8230;</strong></p>
<p>To be able to lose 25kg within 3 months is not healthy. Healthy average weight loss in a month is 1-3kg. And for realistic weight loss results for 3 months will be around 3-9kg. If you can gradually lose the excess weight from the body in a healthy way, you can be in control of your own weight and health.</p>

<p><em>An example of  unhealthy diet plan that most people don&#8217;t realize</em></p>
<p>I am going to eating so little, not gong to eat rice for the coming 3 months. Yes, it will help me lose weight! <p>I know a lot of dieters will have a set of weight loss plan for themselves. Weight loss plan means:</p>

<p>Very good, because this shows that the individual know what to do and knowing what they want to achieve. However, reality is lot of people can lose weight initially but majority of the people are unable to maintain and keeping the weight off for a long period of time. Why is this happening? Simply because most people will only plan for losing weight, but doesn&#8217;t have a plan for maintaining and keeping their weight off.<br />

<p>There are a lot of ways to lose weight. It is simple to lose weight, but not easy. Basically anyone also can achieve weight loss results. But in reality, how many people are able to maintain and keeping the weight off while still enjoy food? Is really rare.</p>

<p>Maintaining and keeping weight off, for me personally I would say that this is for advance dieters because most people are unable to reach this stage. I also personally feel that losing weight, maintaining and keeping it off is a commitment for life. So, don&#8217;t get too  happy when you can lose 5-10kgs. If you do not have a proper long term weight loss plan, chances you will gain back those 5-10kgs in matter of weeks or months. I&#8217;m not scaring you because I have heard a lot of such stories and people come and ask me how to maintain as they gain back the weight even faster than the duration that they used to lose weight.</p>
<h3>What is the definition of Weight Loss Success?</h3>
<p>For me, the definition of weight loss success is losing it, able to maintain it and keeping it off for years. For any dieters who are looking to achieve weight loss success and feeling really tired of dieting over and over again and gaining back those weight so fast, the foundation is very important. What foundation do I mean? Foundation is the base method that you used to lose weight, because only with a strong and solid foundation, it will be able to help you to maintain and keeping it off.</p>

Well, I would say that it is self motivated, and yes&#8230; I did manage to lost 2-3kgs.</p>
<h3>My Second Attempt On Another Meal Replacement</h3>
<p>The second attempt is the meal replacement that transformed my changes. I personally feel that how I got to know the products is one thing. But, the person who is there and be there for me when I have any questions, any doubts about my dieting schedule and menu that helps so much in my weight loss journey.</p>

<h3>My Gratitude Goes To My Weight Loss Mentor</h3>
<p>She makes me believe in the meal replacement that I am taking will help to change my weight. But it has never came across my mind that I can change my body shape too. My weight loss mentor is reachable at anytime that I want to speak to her. Be it through phone calls, SMS or email. I can get my answer almost instantly when I needed it.</p>
<h3>Confidence&#8230;</h3>
<p>Is the confidence that I have for my mentor, that I believe in her that she will be the one able to help my change my body weight. Because of the believe and confidence that she gave me, I achieved my weight loss success.</p>
<h3>Weight Loss Friends &#8211; Who are they? Where to look for them?</h3>
<p>There is no need to have a lot of weight loss friends. Just one weight loss friend will help a lot with your weight loss journey. Simply because it is about quality and not quantity. If you ask me, who can be your best weight loss friends, I would say that your coach will be the ideal weight loss friend that you should have. They will be the one be there for you, support you and to encourage you.</p>
<h3>Will You Be My Friend?</h3>
<p>A nice lady that I had a conversation with, asked me&#8230; <em>&#8220;Will you be my friend?&#8221;</em>. I replied to her, all of my students are my friends. I never want to treat them like a business deal. Business deal for me is like, you buy the products from me, I collect the money from you and you can never be able to reach me to get the support or guidance. Friendship is important to me.</p>
<p>If my students don&#8217;t feel comfortable with me, they are scared to ask questions, or don&#8217;t feel like talking to me, then when they met challenges along the way and don&#8217;t know how to handle. That&#8217;s end of their weight loss journey too.</p>
<h3>I want the best for my friends&#8230;</h3>
<p>I want them to get results under my guidance and support, just like how I achieved my weight loss success.</p>

<h3>The 1 thing in common is&#8230;</h3>
<p>They have the determination, self discipline and consistency to achieve their weight loss success. Is this habits born with the individual person? No, it not born with it. It&#8217;s self development process that allows someone to achieve that. It required mindset shift and doing something out of their comfort zone.</p>

<h3>What do I mean by mindset shifting?</h3>
<p>They need to open to and follow what the coach ask them to do. They need to learn and understand how to lose weight and they need to throw away the old information and beliefs that they used to understand about how to lose weight that are not giving them results. They are willing to accept the new information that will be able to help them to achieve the weight loss success.</p>
<p>These group of people understand clearly that weight loss success does not comes easy and they are willing to pay the price of it. The price like the time (lose weight is not an overnight thing), learning to be a discipline person, and be consistent during their weight loss journey.</p>
<p>I know very clearly that some people that has 2 or 3 coaches at the same time will usually gets no results. This is because, the 2 or 3 coaches are successful in teaching people how to lose weight, but do not forget that different coach have different ways of teaching. If you are getting advise from so many coaches, the chances of you will be lost in the journey of weight loss and that will lead you to frustration. Just follow one coach and you are on the way to success.</p>
<h3>Getting out of comfort zone</h3>
<p>When someone already have weight issues, this clearly shows that they are too comfortable with where they are. They enjoy eating without watching or considering what will be the effects of putting those junkies or unhealthy food into their body. They enjoy drinking sweet drinks and not plain water. Weight loss success required you to get out of the comfort zone. You can&#8217;t continue to do what you are currently doing and you expect success come just like that.</p>
<h3>Believe it or not, interview people who achieved their weight loss success</h3>
<p>You can interview or get to know people who has successfully lose their weight. Ask them what is the price they pay for the success. They will tell you the same thing, willing to change, self discipline and be patient.</p>
<h3>That is why I am very frank to my clients</h3>
<p>If they are not willing to change, there is no point to start the weight management program with me at all. This is because I know, what will be the end results like. If you really want to be successful with your weight loss journey, you need to be ready to change. And your coach will be there to support and guide you through your journey to weight loss success.</p>
<h3>Commitment To Yourself</h3>
<p>Only start with a weight management program only if you are ready to commit to your weight loss success. Don&#8217;t waste your money, time and effort by just trying. Trying won&#8217;t get you success. Commit you bring you unbelievable results.</p>

<p>Believe me, it is not about the products or the method that you used to lose your weight. As I always believe any method to lose weight works, what don&#8217;t work is the mindset of the individual person.</p>

<h3>2 Types of Mindset of People Who Wants To Lose Weight</h3>
<p>Few days back I posted this in my fan page in facebook and it goes like this &#8220;<em>There  are 2 types of people who wants to be lose weight and be healthy; 1.  Interested in doing something and do it only when it is convenient for  them 2. Committed to something, and accept no excuses. If you are type  1. then don&#8217;t bother trying any method to lose weight, you will fail.  Success in losing weight is not about &#8220;lucky&#8221; or &#8220;miracle&#8221;. If you are type 2. You will succeed in your weight loss journey&#8221;</em></p>
<h4>Type 1 person will usually response:</h4>
<p>Oh, just trying another product see if it helps to lose my weight or not. Nah! Another product that doesn&#8217;t work. I gained back my weight a lot after stop taking the products. It&#8217;s even better I don&#8217;t take it at all. Just the same. Waste my money.</p>
<h4>Type 2 person will response:</h4>
<p>Okay, this person called Stella, she successful lost her weight and maintaining till now using this method. I am going to learn from her how she do it. And after I know what she did, I will follow exactly what she says and I will just do it no matter what. I want to have the results like her. I want to change my body weight and body shape!</p>
<h3>Can everyone be successful with their weight loss?</h3>
<p>Not everyone. And majority of the people will fail and never able to achieve the healthy weight range results. Why? Because Type 1 person is the majority on our society. 80% of the people in our society falls into the category of mindset Type 1.</p>
<h3>So, type 2 person can be successful?</h3>
<p>The answer is Yes and No. Let me give an example of a football team. Why is there certain football team is so strong and always win in the game where as some other team just failed miserably? To have a strong team that wins most of the games is because they have 1 important person in their game with them. This person is called the COACH. Different team has different coach and so, the results will be different.</p>
<h3>Why Personal Weight Loss Coach is so important in your journey of weight loss?</h3>
<p>If you are person with Mindset Type 2, you can have the chance to get the results and you might not. Simply because COACH plays a really important role here.If you do not have a coach, you don&#8217;t know your direction, and you can&#8217;t get the support that you need when you feel hungry, what kind of results you can foresee or expecting? Frustration and giving up on the hope of losing weight and getting back the body shape that has been always dreaming off. Simple words, lose hope.</p>
<p>Where as if you have a COACH, they let you know clearly know what is the cause of weight gain, layout the game plan for you on how to lose weight, when you are on the journey to weight loss (which is not easy) and you needed the most is someone who understands you, someone who has gone through the journey to be there to support you.</p>
<p>Why support is so important? Because the majority people with Mindset Type 1 will be there to say negative things to you. So, if you find that your friends are the one with Mindset Type 1 that is trying to sabotage you with your weight loss, get away from them. When you are being disturb by the negative things that will disturb your weight loss journey to success, the first person you should look for is your coach. Talk to them, they are there to support you whenever you needed them&#8230;they believe in you that you can achieve the kind of weight loss results that you have always wanted to.</p>
<h3>Are you on your way to weight loss success? You must fulfill these 3 criteria:</h3>
<ol>
<li><strong>Desire</strong> &#8211; Having the strong desire want to lose weight. Have your strong reasons why you must lose weight.</li>
<li><strong>Coachable</strong> &#8211; Willing to let go some of your old ways of thinking and being able to adapt new ones.</li>
<li><strong>Willing to learn</strong> &#8211; Willing to understand and learn the reasons of weight gain and clearly understand what you can do to lose those weight. Because you will need it in the future to manage and control your own weight.</li>
</ol>

See, when a person gets onto a weight management program and they did not follow what is being told, it is really hard to see the results.</p>
<h3>It&#8217;s all Reasons or Excuses Only&#8230;</h3>
<p>If I have identified where the problem is that they are not getting results, I will usually ask them&#8230;&#8221;Why aren&#8217;t you follow the menu I provided to you?&#8221; And their answer for me, I would called it &#8220;Reasons&#8221; or &#8220;Excuses&#8221;.</p>

<h3>I Know What You Have Been Through and I Understand It &#8230;</h3>
<p>I have been through, the feeling of being a fat and unhealthy person. And I know what you need to go through in order for you to see the results. I can be there for you whenever you needed someone to talk to and someone to complaint too about who is sabotaging your weight loss program, and how to go about solving the cravings that you have from time to time. Losing weight can be a success when you don&#8217;t feel you are alone facing the challenges of losing weight.</p>
<h3>What You Really Need To Do To Keep You Moving Forward In Losing Weight?</h3>
<p>For anyone who wants to start a weight management program or decided wanted to lose weight, they really need to have a clarity of what do they want to achieve and what is the main reason for them to lose weight. If they do not have clarity, chances of them giving up half way is very high.</p>
<h3>What Is Clarity?</h3>
<ul>
<li>Able to visualize the new YOU, the new wardrobe</li>
<li>Knowing exactly WHY you want to start a weight management program</li>
<li>What will you do if people around you are trying to sabotage your weight loss plan?</li>
<li>I&#8217;m not following the weight loss plan, am I giving myself reasons or excuses?</li>
<li>What makes me stop moving forward to achieve MY weight loss goals?</li>
</ul>
