If your answer is 2L and above in a day, that is good. But if less, then it something to improve on.</p>
<p>Are you giving yourself reasons for not drinking sufficient water? Or you really don&#8217;t know how to drink more water?</p>

<p>I often get excuses or reasons why drinking water to lose weight is something so difficult..</p>
<ul>
<li>I&#8217;m very busy at work, don&#8217;t have the time for toilet visits</li>
<li>It&#8217;s embarrassing to carry big water bottle.. only kids do that..</li>
<li>It&#8217;s so troublesome to bring water bottle with me everywhere</li>
<li>It&#8217;s tasteless!</li>
</ul>
<p>I do have a tips on how to make the water not that tasteless. Buy a lemon, cut it into pieces and put it into your glass of water. I do like the taste of the fresh lemon, it&#8217;s quite refreshing too. Give it a try and let me know how do you like the taste.</p>
<p>So, how about the rest of the other excuses or reasons..is there any tips for it? I&#8217;m sorry. There is none. Taking good care of ourselves is our own responsibilities. Yes, I do understand that at times during work it is so busy that we don&#8217;t even have the time for a short toilet break. But, don&#8217;t forget one thing, our body is the &#8220;cash machine&#8221;. If this &#8220;cash machine&#8221; spoils, it will need a lot of money for repairing and worst it will stop producing money for us. Talking about HEALTH, most people will neglect their health and don&#8217;t really paying attention to it. People care more about the things that needs money to purchase&#8230; we don&#8217;t need money to buy health, but that does not mean that we should neglect it. When there is no health, there will be no money. When there is nothing happening to your health, your don&#8217;t care about it. But when something happen, it will be too late and&#8230; who do you want to blame?</p>
<p>So, is drinking water to lose weight something difficult? The only thing I can say is about habits. When you have the will, you will have the way. If you do not want to do something, there will always be excuses or reasons for it. Choice is in your own hand.</p>

It is true that when a person that is not drinking sufficient water, they tends to have water retention. Water retention is not because someone is drinking too much water.</p>
<p><em>Warning: Normal people should not have water retention. If you do have such symptoms, consult a doctor for further examination.</em></p>
<p>Our body is very smart. We know our body needs 70% of water. When your body knows that you are not drinking water, it will automatically keep those water which is so precious to them. They will keep and preserve it well. To avoid water retention, drinking water will help to flush out the dirty water that is stored inside the body. Once you are consistent in drinking water, the body will automatically release the water because it knows that there will new fresh supply of water keep coming in.</p>
<p><span id="more-128"></span></p>
<p>If you are not drinking at least 2L of H2O per day, I would suggest you to start learning to drink more water, bit by bit each day. Try to increase the amount of water like 100ml per day. And remember, the first thing you wake up in the morning, quickly drink at least 250ml-500ml of H2O. Replenish the water that you have lost during the night.</p>
<p>Take lesser drinks like coffee, beer as it will dehydrate your body even faster. When your body is dehydrated it will make you feel hungry very fast. Drinking sufficient water is benefiting your own health!</p>
