The checklist is something to get you ready so that you will not be like most people who said<em><strong> &#8220;I really wanted to lose weight, but I failed&#8230;&#8221; or &#8220;I wanted to lose weight, but I don&#8217;t know what to do&#8230;&#8221;</strong></em></p>

<li>Set a <a href="http://stellachua.com/weight-loss-diet-tips/the-most-realistic-goals-for-weight-loss/">realistic weight loss goal</a> that you wanted to achieve.</li>
