But when I ask them to change what what they are currently doing, they are reluctant to do that. Stop all of it.  If you do think that you have been eating lesser, exercising more, cutting down rice or avoiding rice and yet not getting much satisfactory results. Then, you got to stop what you&#8217;ve been doing all these while. Just follow what successful people has done and how they done it.</p>

<p>Don&#8217;t be ego and think you are smarter. You are now facing a problem of weight issue and needs to be solved. Just be a good student, follow and do what is being told. If you follow it consistently, you will get the results.</p>
<p>Remember that you can&#8217;t change other things,like seller selling fried stuffs like fried nangka, fried banana, keropok lekor, kuih-muih. You can&#8217;t change Mc Donald or KFC to stop advertising on newspaper or TV. You can&#8217;t change your surrounding that there are many nice and tempting food around you. You can&#8217;t change your friends who are not supporting your weight loss journey. There is one thing that you can change. That is yourself.</p>
<p>If you want to lose weight, want to look good, want to have a better shape..Think, who is it for? Is it for the world to see? Or is it for yourself to feel more confident about yourself, to feel good and to have a better health? Who is it for? It&#8217;s for YOURSELF.. for your FAMILY. If you are sick, the person that needs to take care of you is your family members. Be responsible for yourself. Do it for yourself.</p>

<p>We got to face the truth. The only way to have a long term results, maintaining and keeping the weight off forever is by having healthy diet. Eat healthy and we can maintain our weight, health at the same time not gaining back those excess weight.</p>
<p><span id="more-691"></span></p>
<p>Let me summarize the process of healthy diet to lose weight that I personally felt when I started a healthy way to lose weight.</p>
<p><strong>1st &#8211; 2nd Week: Toughest and most challenging period<br />
</strong></p>
<p>For the first week to second week, when you just started dieting is really a challenge to you. This is the time where by your body is trying to adjust to new way of your eating habits and the pattern of food intake and also the amount of water. Basically, it is the starting point for the body to get used and adjust the new healthy way of dieting. Of course, feeling hungry is very normal.. but don&#8217;t starve your self. It is advisable that you drink shakes whenever you feel hungry. You can also eat some fruits/hi fibre biscuits to control your hunger.</p>
<p><strong>3rd &#8211; 4th Week: Slowly adapting the changes<br />
</strong></p>
<p>For the third week to the fourth week, you will feel that dieting by changing the eating habits and lifestyle isn&#8217;t that tough and difficult at all. This is because you do not really feel the hunger pangs if you are taking sufficient protein which able to send the signal to the brain to control the hunger.</p>
<p><strong>5th Week or 2nd Month: You can feel  results from the effort that you have put in for the past 1 month </strong></p>
<p>For the 5th weeks or second month, you will feel that your eating habits is slowly changing. Take for eg, before this you really love fried food or oily food, but now when you taste some food that is too oily or eating fried food, you just don&#8217;t have the appetite. Congratulations, if you have reached this stage. This is because for the following month onwards, your dieting is as simple as ABC. You will also noticed that drinking water of 3-4 litres per day isn&#8217;t a problem anymore. Continue on with the routine consistently, stay focus ..and you will see unbelievable results on you.</p>
<p><strong>Losing weight process:</strong> Changing of eating habits and lifestyle <strong>&gt;</strong> Maintaining the healthy eating habits and lifestyle <strong>&gt;</strong> Monitoring your weight from time to time. Most people undergo the losing weight process very successfully, but they failed to go through the maintaining and monitoring stage. During the losing weight process, they are usually following a strict daily diet menu, but when they have lost some weight or reach the weight that they wanted, they started to eat and continue back the lifestyle that they have before this. Of course, the weight will follow as you are no longer following the healthy diet menu.</p>
<p>To answer the questions, the success to have long term results and maintaining the weight  is by following and cultivating healthy diet to lose weight. Then followed by healthy diet in your daily diet menu every single day. Do not forget to drink sufficient of H2O.</p>

<p>Are you giving yourself reasons for not drinking sufficient water? Or you really don&#8217;t know how to drink more water?</p>

<p>I often get excuses or reasons why drinking water to lose weight is something so difficult..</p>
<ul>
<li>I&#8217;m very busy at work, don&#8217;t have the time for toilet visits</li>
<li>It&#8217;s embarrassing to carry big water bottle.. only kids do that..</li>
<li>It&#8217;s so troublesome to bring water bottle with me everywhere</li>
<li>It&#8217;s tasteless!</li>
</ul>
<p>I do have a tips on how to make the water not that tasteless. Buy a lemon, cut it into pieces and put it into your glass of water. I do like the taste of the fresh lemon, it&#8217;s quite refreshing too. Give it a try and let me know how do you like the taste.</p>
<p>So, how about the rest of the other excuses or reasons..is there any tips for it? I&#8217;m sorry. There is none. Taking good care of ourselves is our own responsibilities. Yes, I do understand that at times during work it is so busy that we don&#8217;t even have the time for a short toilet break. But, don&#8217;t forget one thing, our body is the &#8220;cash machine&#8221;. If this &#8220;cash machine&#8221; spoils, it will need a lot of money for repairing and worst it will stop producing money for us. Talking about HEALTH, most people will neglect their health and don&#8217;t really paying attention to it. People care more about the things that needs money to purchase&#8230; we don&#8217;t need money to buy health, but that does not mean that we should neglect it. When there is no health, there will be no money. When there is nothing happening to your health, your don&#8217;t care about it. But when something happen, it will be too late and&#8230; who do you want to blame?</p>
<p>So, is drinking water to lose weight something difficult? The only thing I can say is about habits. When you have the will, you will have the way. If you do not want to do something, there will always be excuses or reasons for it. Choice is in your own hand.</p>

My coach is a successful lady who is so slim that have a body like a teenage girl even though she is already a mom for 2 kids. It is something for me to admire and I want to have the success like her, of course not having 2 kids, is the losing weight and maintaining and keeping it off part. <p>Lets say, if you have lost 20lbs &#8211; 30lbs successfully, friends, colleagues and relatives all surprised and will ask you, how did you managed to lose your weight. If you lose weight using a healthy weight loss method, people around you will notice you looked happy, energetic, better complexion, overall a healthier and  a new you. People are curious and they want to find out what you have done, comparing to another person that also lose weight successfully, but looked tired, hagged, no energy, looking pale..no one will be interested in asking about their success because they just look like another sick person that loses weight.</p>

<p>Imagine the day, you have lost 20lbs or more pounds using a healthy weight loss method and people around you giving you compliments and wanted to learn about your success. Why not just share your own personal success story to them because it is something to be proud of because of the effort that you have put it. Everyone want to be like you and wanted to lose weight in a healthy way. You can become their mentor in guiding and teaching them how to achieve the same results like you do. That is when your weight loss success can become a weight loss business and make money.</p>

<p>For me, these are reasons to make them feel good simply because they do not want to change. <p>I think most people are like me, prefer to stay at home, save the time from traveling to the gym and back home. But I knew exercising is something part of the healthy lifestyle that everyone must have. Exercise 30 minutes a day is the minimum requirement to have a healthy heart. To me, I needed something fun, easy, and can do it at the comfort of my home. And I found a thing called Wii. Wii is actually a gaming console. But they have created a game called Wii Fit. The main purpose of this game is to help people to get fit through exercising. What is cool about Wii is it is able to help me to improve my posture. It has a virtual personal trainer that guide you on how to perform exercises like Yoga, Aerobics, Strength exercises. It is able to track your weight everyday in the form of line graph. You can check out from<a href="http://www.nintendo.com/games/detail/hoiNtus4JvIcPtP8LQPyud4Kyy393oep"> Nintendo website </a>for more information about this little cute device that able to help you to lose weight and get fit in a fun way.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m surprised that I sweat a lot when using Wii to exercise. I feel great ever since I started exercising. And did I lose weight with it? Definitely it does! Not only losing few pounds, but it helped me to tone my muscles, burn body fat and also improving my posture. If you wanted to exercise in a fun way at home, Wii fii is the answer for you.</p>

It is not doubt that you can lose weight by changing your eating habits and eating lifestyle, but still we need exercises for our body and mind. A recent Newsweek article discussed how exercise can boost brain power and fight off diseases like Alzheimer’s–more incredible information in an already long list of benefits. New research in animal models has shown that exercise stimulates a hormone called IGF-I or insulin such as growth factor-I, which, in turn, goes to the brain to stimulate another brain-derived neutrotrophic factor (BDNF). BDNF is believed to facilitate a process in which an animal’s brain nerve cells branch out and communicate with each other. In fact, research has supported that theory that a brain with lower levels of BDNF is challenged with retaining new information. How amazing is exercise–not only does it build the body, but the mind as well! Exercise not only slows the aging process in the brain, but reverses it. Research has also shown that active adults have less inflammation in the brain and fewer transient ischemic attacks, or mini strokes, which can impair cognition. People who exercise regularly tend to have higher levels of neurotransmitters that regulate mood, such as serotonin, dopamine and norepinepherine. With so many people on psychotropic medication, exercise is proving to be an inexpensive method of maintaining mental health. As with the body’s muscle mass, the same holds true for the brain: Use it or lose it. Within just a short month of stopping physical activity, the new brain tissue connections that were formed basically shrink down back to normal.</p>
<p>If you are a parent, this information is for you. Many parents of children with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) already know the benefits of physical activity on their children. It tends to help regulate their moods. An exercise prescription can often be given in conjunction with medication for these ADHD children/or may even replace a medication regimen. This has broad-ranging implications for children in school and their curriculum. With so many schools having downsized the number of physical education classes with a focus on more class time, this could be detrimental. That extra time on the playground may actually boost test scores in all children. The great thing about introducing physical education at an early age in school is that it sets the tone for future exercise. Once a healthy habit like exercise is established, it tends to carry on.</p>
<p>When people understand the importance, it becomes even more of a regular routine. So, we know the benefits of exercise for all types of health. Not only does exercise help with chronic conditions, it also promotes wellness.</p>

Is it simply because the friend is trying out a certain new weight loss product and getting results, they also want to join in the fun to try out the product too?</p>
<p>This is a common mistake for most people. They have already started to fail even before starting their journey to lose weight. To start a lose weight program is not simply, Ok, tomorrow I will start dieting or Ok, great products. Let me try it out to see if it is working.</p>

<p>We need to clearly know what are the reasons we want to lose weight, and the goals that we wanted to achieve. Just take me as an example, what makes me want to start a lose weight program is because I am worried about my cholesterol level going up high. So, my goal is to improve my cholesterol level and also to lose few pounds. When I have know what are my goals and what I wanted to achieve through the weight loss program, I will need to commit to it. Losing weight is a new commitment to myself. I got to make it work.. and not simply, give up just like that.</p>
<p>We need to commit to what we have decided to do. Without commitment, we will never be serious about it. When we are not serious and not consistent, definitely there will be no good results.</p>
<p>Ask yourself, are you ready to lose weight? Do you know why do you want to lose weight? What do you want to achieve for losing weight? If you are strong about your &#8220;why&#8221;, then you are ready to lose weight. If you are unsure of the &#8220;why&#8221;, then you are not ready at all. If you are sure about your &#8220;why&#8221;, the determination and discipline will automatically built into your brain. It is all about mentally ready and you will be physically ready as well.</p>
<p>What you should do if you are not ready? Don&#8217;t waste your time, don&#8217;t waste your money on any kind of slimming methods, don&#8217;t waste your money on gym membership..because it will not work at all if you are not READY!</p>
