Dear Stella, I just finishing reading the ebook. After reading the book, I think I am taking the wrong food and not drinking water enough- no breakfast in the morning just coffee, then egg sandwich at 11am or sometimes skip, then lunch, then dinner at 8 or 9pm. I have joined yoga, go for walks in the eveining but not frequent.
