Who Am I?
My name is Stella and my surname is Chua. I’m not a doctor or nutritionist. I used to be an overweight girl just like anyone else out there. But when I realized that I managed to lose my weight, shape up and maintain it ever since I shed off those excess pounds, I have decided to guide and coach people on how to lose weight by applying healthy weight loss method.
Feelings Being An Overweight Girl…
Let me share with you about my personal experience. I was overweight ever since my childhood till I thought that I am born fat. I got so frustrated that even by eating lesser or skipping meals did not lose any weight at all. I have difficulty in buying new clothing and the thing I hate most is shopping! I never have the chance to fit myself into ladies clothing. My best friend is keeping myself all alone and my favourite past time activities is sleeping. My confidence level is getting lower each day my size is getting bigger. I joined sports like badminton. Usually before the badminton session or after the session, the food that I put into my stomach is fast food! I got no knowledge on what kind of food to take before sports and after sports! I got even more worried when my cholesterol level has exceeded the normal range and did not lose my weight even I involve myself in sports activities.
It’s Time For A Solution!
Then, I have made up my mind to search for solution to my weight problem. I did my own research over the internet that meal replacement is a good way for losing weight. I tried one of the products in the market which is very expensive, that I spent around USD860 for a one month supply. After one month, I have no choice but to stop taking the products because it is too pricey! But I did manage to lose around 6 pounds by suffering the hunger pangs.

But lucky thing, I met my mentor and she has coached me and guided me on the proper nutrition, the reason we human gaining weight, and how to lose those weight and keep it off forever. I followed her advice religiously because I am really desperate to lose weight.
My Life Has Changed and I’m Transformed!
I changed my lifestyle, by taking proper breakfast, proper nutrition and watch out my food intake. I hate exercise, but by taking the right food, I actually don’t even need to exercise to lose those weight and shape up. I also don’t like to cut fruits and eat. I’m a lazy person! I don’t fancy raw vegetables or fruits which most of the tips said that must eat more vegetables and fruits. I did not take any of it. The best part is, I don’t need to suffer the hunger pangs and that is the power of protein. You can learn more about protein in my newsletter.
My Results..
During my first month of the changes in eating lifestyle, I managed to lose around 4 pounds/2kgs. And by the fourth month, total weight loss is 22pounds/10kgs. I lost half of my size in half a year time. Friends and colleagues around me have to admit that I am a new “Stella”. Because they saw a real living proof with their own eyes that I has successfully lose my weight and my size is smaller compared to before. And even my mom also doesn’t recognize me when she is picking me up from the airport!

The second picture is after I have lost 22 pounds/ 10kgs in mid year of 2006.
The last picture is my new look in the early year of 2007.
I looked younger than the first picture, right? That is the power of proper nutrition!
And now 2009, that is about 2 years already and I managed to keep off the weight I have lost!
